Patagonia- here we are!!!

We arrived in El Calafate after a 3 1/2h flight from Buenos Aires and yes, temperatures significantly dropped! Straight from the airport we rushed to the bus terminal and thanks to a taxi driver named “Michael Schumacher” we luckily caught the last two seats in the last bus to the mountain village El Chalten. During the 3h bus journey the landscape passing by was simply stunning! and especially as we are now so far south on the southern hemisphere, suddenly it only gets dark very late merely after 11pm..
